I. QJY hard tooth surface reducer

QJY hard tooth surface reducer is a hard tooth surface (carburizing, quenched tooth surface) crane reducer developed by the factory according to domestic and foreign market requirements. It includes three basic types of 12 types, namely: QJY2, QJYD2, QJYA2, QJY3 , QJYD3, QJYA3, QJY23, QJYD23, QJYA23, QJY34, QJYD34, QJYA34. QJY series reducer is suitable for various operating mechanisms of cranes, and is also widely used in transmission mechanism of various mechanical equipments such as transportation, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, light industry and so on.

Second, QY hard tooth surface reducer

QY type hard tooth surface reducer is developed based on the medium hard tooth surface reducer for QJ series cranes. QY reducer is welded with steel plate, the box body is annealed to reduce stress, the gear is made of high-quality low-carbon alloy steel, the tooth surface is carburized and quenched, and after grinding, the product quality is stable and the performance is reliable. QY series reducers include QYS (three fulcrum) and QYD (base type) two series of hard tooth surface reducers for cranes. It has three types of three, four and three and four combined types.
